What have you been doing over the holidays? As you know I left NC and traveled to Arizona (AZ) on the 19th for my oldest daughter's college graduation from Arizona State University. Amanda graduated with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry. I'm so proud of here! After the graduation ceremonies on the 20th and 21st, we traveled to the Grand Canyon. We took my parents and our daughters. It was spectacular. I wanted to trek down to the bottom but that can take over 5 hours and it was icy and cold. We were not prepared to take on that challenge. I am looking forward to traveling back to the Grand Canyon in the spring of 2014 with Epiphany families. After our visit to the Grand Canyon, we've been busy attending holiday gatherings. My husband's family lives in Phoenix. It was great to spend Christmas with them again. We haven't celebrated the Christmas holidays with them since 2007! My favorite gift this year is getting to spend time with family. What is your favorite gift? Please tell us all about your holiday.
